Club management software for Australian clubs

Built for what your members really need

One modern platform that adapts to the real, regulated work generic membership tools treat as an afterthought. Firearms compliance, historic-rego logbooks, attendance-linked scoring, multi-tier associations. From a single club to a national peak body.

Running a peak body or association? Roll up membership, participation and compliance across every club or affiliate — from one dashboard.

Built for YOUR HOBBY OR SPORT, Not Admin Tasks

Generic membership software treats your real work as an afterthought. We treat it as the starting point.

Most platforms give every club the same thing: a list of members and a way to collect fees. Everything that makes your club, your club — firearms compliance, historic-rego logbooks, attendance-linked scoring, mooring allocation, leaderboards — gets pushed into a "custom field" and forgotten. SquadSpot is built the other way around. Your real work isn't the edge case. It's the centre of what you do, and it's where we start.

Take control of club admin and membership management.

One foundation, every niche

One platform. Built deep for each kind of club.

SquadSpot started in shooting — our most demanding domain — and the same foundation now runs car, fishing, archery and motorsport clubs, and the associations above them. Each expressed differently. Each built around the actual work.

Shooting clubs & ranges

Genuine Reasons and licence/PTA expiry tracking, range-officer sign-in, attendance and participation compliance, and live scoring — the regulatory detail generic tools simply don't touch.

Fishing club software

Motorsport & car racing

Archery clubs

Scoring across disciplines, grading and divisions, attendance and memberships in one place.

Archery club software

Associations & peak bodies

Run the whole network — national, state and club — on one platform, with reporting and compliance that roll up across every affiliate.

Cheyenne Field Archers club logoCheyenne Field Archers archery range — Australian archery club using SquadSpot club management software

SquadSpot is by far the best club management program I’ve come across. As an archery club, its integrated scoring feature is peerless. Additionally, the dashboard is intuitive, especially if you’re not technically savvy but still delivering in depth detail and analysis of club performance. In short, SquadSpot hits the mark straight through the bullseye

We have been using Squad Spot for a couple of years now and have found it to be an efficient way of keeping Members details secure and available for reporting compliance to Firearms Registry annually. Justin has been very helpful in guiding our Club with the usage of the system and is available for any issues or updates to the system. I would recommend this programme to any Pistol Club that requires a sound system.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of clubs use SquadSpot?

SquadSpot is built for Australian clubs whose work goes beyond a member list — shooting and firearms clubs, car and historic vehicle clubs, fishing clubs, archery clubs, motorsport clubs, surf lifesaving clubs, and the associations above them. Each vertical gets its regulated workflows — firearms compliance, historic rego and logbooks, attendance-linked participation, competition scoring — as built-in features, not custom fields.

Does SquadSpot work for associations and peak bodies?

Yes. SquadSpot supports multi-tier organisations — national, state, and club — on one platform. Each tier has its own admin users with permissions scoped to their level, and the association can run membership, participation, and compliance reporting across every affiliate from a single dashboard.

How much does SquadSpot cost?

We charge a one-time setup fee to import and organise your member database with minimal disruption to normal club operations, then a simple monthly price per active member. You only pay for active members — not your full historical database.

Can SquadSpot handle our compliance and reporting obligations?

That's what it was built for. SquadSpot tracks attendance and participation against requirements, monitors licences, credentials, and expiry dates with proactive alerts, and produces the structured reports clubs and associations need for regulators and governing bodies. Compliance is modelled as a first-class part of the platform, not an add-on.

Is our club's data stored in Australia?

Yes. SquadSpot is hosted in Sydney, Australia, so your member data, attendance records, and scores stay onshore. Access is restricted to authorised users, with permissions scoped to each admin's role.

How do we move from our current system or spreadsheets?

We handle the migration for you. As part of setup, we import your existing member database — from spreadsheets or another platform — and organise it in a way that's least disruptive to your normal club operations. Your committee doesn't need to do the data work.

Is there a mobile app?

SquadSpot is fully mobile-first: members and admins use it from any phone browser with no install needed, members carry digital membership cards in Apple and Google Wallet with real-time expiry updates, and passwordless sign-in is supported. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap.

Is SquadSpot Australian?

Yes — SquadSpot is Australian-owned and operated, built specifically for the Australian regulatory environment, with local support from the team that builds the product.
